1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dynamissupps.com.au (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Dynamis Supplements ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order through the Site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors).

 

  • A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch.

 

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.
